In case you are wondering, I am Lakshmanan and about a while ago you subscribed to my newsletter.
Almost 8 months ago, I wrote a post on LinkedIn saying I tried writing my first newsletter today, but couldn’t due to some technical issues.
And then, I procrastinated. Like a lot..
But today, I did it.
I didn’t care about the time, the context, the template, or the color. Let me just write a nasty newsletter without using AI, making all those spelling errors to the 21 subscribers who trusted me early on.
So, here we go! Week 1 of The Execution Log
My goal for this year is not to take up new projects, nor new strategies. But work on simple, boring execution.
There are enough strategies and out-of-the-box thoughts scattered all over. What’s missing is executing those plans as planned.
This newsletter will not be about mundane growth tactics. Rather, I will be documenting some of the interesting things I did/tried this week and the results.
For starters, I wrote this article (something that was again on my drafts for 3 days) last week about my reflection of 2025.
A year that saw me pack my bags and shift to a new country in less than two weeks plan, heading a new role, learning new language and stuff.
Expect stories on Content, SaaS, and Personal growth in the coming days.
